I am so, so excited to announce a super rad workshop that I get to be a part of: Down South Shop. I’m teaming up with a few of the coolest photographers I know – Sara & Rocky and Jess Barfield Photography – to teach YOU about shooting in the south. The South is just a different type of place with a unique set of elements that we deal with on every shoot that really set us apart from photographers in other parts of the country. Our goal is to really focus in on these elements and teach you how we do what we do. The date is Sunday, June 17th, and we would LOVE to have you there. Carmen & Sean // Fort Worth Engagement

Man’o'man, Carmen and Sean are the coolest! She’s a fellow photographer and he’s a designer/entrepreneurial genius extrodinare. Carmen had the great idea of shooting their engagements at the flea market it Fort Worth and it was rad! It’s held in these fantastic old warehouse spaces; tons of cool stuff. We finished off by walking around downtown Fort Worth and we had a great time. I can’t wait for their wedding later this month. We also just shot Carmen’s bridals the other day and her dress is unreal. Can’t wait to show those. I can’t say enough about these two; wonderful people with amazing hearts. Enjoy.

Elizabeth & Ben // Engagement

I got to roll down to Austin, TX and do a super fun engagement shoot with Elizabeth and Ben. I had only talked to Elizabeth on the phone and in email up to this point, and it’s always so fun and exciting to meet a couple and shoot with them on the same day, it’s like an adventure! We all had an absolute blast running around Austin shooting. We started at one of the trailer park eateries that are all over Austin and got a few treats while we shot. Then we went to Mayfield Park which has live peacocks just running around the property, it’s awesome. I can’t wait to get back down to Austin for their wedding in June.
